About This Pipe
Werner Mummert here presents us with a curious combination (granted, not an unusual direction for this artisan), pairing a full-bodied, capacious, shapely, yet deeply ring-grained bowl with a natural plateau crown to a straightforward, downright minimalist shank. The length, substance, and simplicity of the shank, however does serve well as an anchor to the voluptuous proportions and considerable cant of the former.
