Best Selling Cigars

I've been on a small ring gauge kick and was looking forward to this one. Solid medium body and strength. Decent flavors with the leather really picking up at the end. Having only ever tried the Cuban Hoyos I was very intrigued as to how the New World version would differ. I found it to be full of rich oak and leather flavour notes and the strength builds up nicely particularly in the final third. I'll definitely be ordering again Read Less

I am mainly a pipe smoker. I decided to try a couple of these for a change of pace and was pleasantly surprised how smooth these were. I'm not switching over to cigars by any means but I will be ordering some of these and probably getting a small humidor in the near future. A quick disclaimer first: when I smoked this, my allergies were acting up, so I probably couldn't pick out all of the flavors this Cigar offers. Still, I was blown away. It started off with a very creamy, earthy, leathery flavor with a surprising amount of sweetness. 1/3 of the way in, and a wonderful, robust coffee flavor kicked in, without losing any of the previous flavors. In the final 1/3 the coffee faded and a nice spicey note began, and continued to intensify towards the end. The smoke was incredibly rich, creamy and smoke. Would work beautifully with a cup of strong coffee or an aged rum; I'm not so sure about pairing a whiskey with this one. The burn was mostly even, with a few slight irregularities here and there, and the ash held on nicely, falling off about every two inches. Before I got into pipes I was a cigar guy. Now that I have a pipe as my main mode of enjoyment I still look for cigars to have on special occasions, camping or when I'm feeling a bit lazy about keeping my pipe lit. On a whim I picked up three of these sticks and I have to say I'm impressed. They are mild to medium in strength, have a great flavor with hints of oak, pepper, cedar and whiffs of sweetness now and again. The construction was great, burn was almost perfect and they won't break the bank. I've paid a lot more for worse cigars so don't let the price fool you. Read Less

Not nearly as sweet as some cigars I've had, but obviously this hasn't been aged over a decade. Otherwise, I don't know a finer smoke at the price, not that I'll stop trying everything I can. I will probably pick up a whole box though when budget allows. This is by far my favorite of the curly heads, though all are a touch strong for me, so I'd recommend a sweeter beverage to go with these, or a robust meal beforehand. It's tough being curly haired.
