Decaf Colombia Inzá San Antonio 10oz Coffee

Onyx Coffee Lab was founded in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2012 as a specialty coffee roaster but has grown significantly over the years through its mantra of "Never Settle for Good Enough." A solid decade or so of hard work and hardware taken home from the U.S. Coffee Championships brought the company to where it is today, forming partnerships in multiple countries on multiple continents to find, roast, and serve sustainable, quality coffee while operating several cafes throughout northwest Arkansas. Their headquarters location in downtown Rogers was named the best coffee shop in the world in 2026.

Onyx's Decaf Colombia Inzá San Antonio blend is harvested specifically for the decaffeination process and gives notes of red apple, raw sugar, pear, and maple when brewed. The beans originate from the town of Inzá in western Colombia and go through the washed process after harvesting — machines remove the skin and most of the fruit of the coffee cherry shortly after picking. The remains are then soaked to ferment and remove any fruit left behind before drying. The roasters at Onyx recommend preparing this blend with a filter or through the espresso method for an optimal brew.
