Product: Seattle Pipe Club Hood Canal 2oz
With the Burley instead of Virginia it really makes a nutty earthy blend not real balkan but still very tasty avenue to try out and maybe come back to once a year see how the tins age
very nice!

Tin note of vinegary, mild smoky, and stewed fruit. Tobacco is a dark brown and black marbled Krumble Kake. Moisture content is good. Easily breaks apart and rubs out. Burns slow with a few relights. The strength is mild to medium and nic is mild. No flavoring detected. Taste is medium and consistent, with notes of tangy citrus, smoky, leather, wood, toasted bread, earth, floral, dry, bitter nuts, musty vegetation, orange peel, herbal, buttery, sour, spices, a stewed dark fruit background note, and a moderate peppery retro. Latakia is leading with Burley, Oriental/Turkish and Virginias are supporting. Perique is mostly MIA. Room note is pleasant to tolerable, and aftertaste is great....Read More
Good but inconsistent flavor

Product: Seattle Pipe Club Hood Canal 2oz
The tin note on Hood Canal is heavy on the Latakia, but with a healthy dose of Burley there is more earthiness here. Taste wise, the Perique is not noticeable, but mostly the nuttiness of the Burley in the foreground mixing well with the Orientals and the woody Latakia providing a solid backbone. The flavor tends to change throughout the bowl and during the last 1/3 turns to a muddled mess. A decent nicotine hit, this grew on me when paired with my morning coffee. Just don't smoke this one too far down....Read More
Another Tasty Cake

Product: Seattle Pipe Club Hood Canal 2oz
Hood Canal is a brilliantly executed English blend with a uniquely American influence. There is a good amount of Burley in the mixture that provides plenty of body and a very nice, nutty, earthiness as a foundation for rich Orientals and woody Latakia. The Virginias and Perique add a very pleasant sweetness and subtle cooked fruit essence to the blend. All in all, a very flavorful, silky smooth, and sophisticated smoke that’s robust yet well rounded with a toasty sweetness that’s perfect for Autumn’s Cool weather....Read More
