Great flavor. Smooth smoke. Definitely thought it was going to be when reading other reviews. An enjoyable room note with no tongue bite.

Product: Smoker's Pride Black Cavendish 12oz
Mild chocolate flavor with no bite. Pleasant all day smoker and improves any blend you mix it with. This will be a permanent monthly order for me!

Best Black Cav for the Money!

Product: Smoker's Pride Black Cavendish 12oz
This is the best Black Cav value on the market. Great straight or as a mixer. As opposed to some other BC's out there, this has a healthy dose of chocolate/cocoa flavor to go along with the vanilla. Outstanding and much better than many other expensive, high-end blends out there. Five full stars!...Read More

Good stuff - great price

Product: Smoker's Pride Black Cavendish 12oz
Seeing it's made by Lane and the price point, figured I couldn't go to far wrong - a correct assumption. Sweet, mild, cool. No bite anywhere in the bag. Room note is "excellent"according to She Who Must Be Obeyed. Flavor is not as full or intense as my most beloved black cab blend (Black Arrow), taking one star off...but with Black Arrow at $5/oz, SP picks half that star back up. All day mild, great price...yeah. I'll buy more....Read More

Dear bignick...

Product: Smoker's Pride Black Cavendish 12oz
Just so you know i have been aging tabacco for 3 years now... and from everything i have learned is that any tabacco can have tounge burn if not properly shipped or aged... My guess is you bought a bag out of a warehouse and it must have had a hole in it so that it was not properly sealed... and so it aged whale it was in the warehouse... if i were you i would buy it again but use a different seller... and check the results... but smokingpipes.com is the best site i have found for fresh tins... don't know about bags though... couse i buy this from a store.....Read More
