Ok. A little sharp

I had this tin unopened for a year before I tried it. So, it had plenty of time to mellow out. The smoke starts off mild enough but as the bowl progresses it seems to get much stronger. Good taste, about what you'd expect from an English but nothing really remarkable. The sharpness I speak of comes about half way through a bowl gives that acid line of tongue bite that in small doses is nice but this stuff for me requires a multiple sitting or a much smaller bowl....Read More
