Out back, the shank is straight and cylindrical, offering a sleek profile that balances the visual weight of the hearty bowl out front. The stem continues said sleekness, tapering softly from a flared accent of boxwood. Additionally, the stummel is dressed in a smooth finish, highlighting vertical grain along the bowl, and clusters of birdseye along the rim and heel.
