Cornell & Diehl - Habana Daydream 8oz
Boring
It does taste like a Cuban cigar. But when smoking a cigar, the cigar becomes more complex as you smoke it, with flavors changing from the first third to the second, and finally to the last third of the cigar. As a pipe smoke, this lacked that complexity and lacked any dimension other than the 'first third' of a cigar. It's perhaps a good tobacco for people moving into pipe smoking from cigars and have moved past Captain Black and Borkum Riff. Oddly, I found this better mixing it with Captain Black Gold: 2 parts Captain Black Gold and one part Habana Daydream. Makes for a decent morning smoke as a sweet leaf.
Molina - Barasso Smooth Blue (C1387) (9mm)
The color is a wrap
The pipe smokes well. But I did not like how the bowl is colored. I normally don't buy colored pipes, and I regret buying this one. Keep in mind, I smoke 'hot.' The pain seems to be a coating or wrap. The heat from the bowl caused the color coat to bubble and tear open in places, resulting in a damaged look of the paint. Perhaps this pipe would be just fine for smokers who sip their smoke, as their bowls do not get as hot when sipping. While I am a big fan of Molina pipes, this one DOES smoke well. As a hot smoker, avoid colored bowls.
Molina - Zebrano Smooth (N2P) (9mm)
One of my favorite pipes.
Nice thick wall stays cool as you smoke, which is important as it's heavy and needs to be held as you smoke. Smooth polish is great to the touch. Too big to carry in my travel pouches, but it makes for a great pipe at home.
Molina - Barasso Sandblasted Black (C1387) (9mm)
Smokes great
I'm a fan of Molina pipes. I think they are just as good as more expensive briar pipes. Great bowl for extended smokes and the right size to fit in my carry pouch.
Missouri Meerschaum - Royal Red Patriot Bent
Smokes well
I ordered two of these pipes. It's light and easy to carry. The crown had me hesitate as I was concerned about a 'Popeye-look' when I smoke. But I get compliments on the pipe. I appreciate the crown as it is convenient to hold as I smoke (as a corncob can get hot). Sadly, one of the pipes I bought burned through the wall of the bowl. But that tends to happen with some corncobs, especially as I tend to smoke 'hot' and I break in bowls by just smoking them. Perhaps if I 'broke in' the bowl by coating the chamber with yogurt or honey, I could have avoided the burn through. That said, the second bowl smokes just fine.

Good pipe
Light to clench. Easy to pack and easy to clean. Attractive look. Great walking pipe and easy to carry.
Drucquer & Sons - Levant Mixture 100g
Excellent evening smoke
I love this mixture. A great oriental mix. Complex, rich, oily mouthfeel (which I love). This was so good to taste. Has a strong smoke that my sister didn't particularly appreciate, but I love it. I highly recommend this for anyone who enjoys a nice, long smoke on a cool evening.
