There's nothing wrong with over the counter blends. There's a reason they're on the market since your grandpa was born. A good all day smoke. Tastes like good tobacco. Order the tub, anyone with a pipe should keep this one around.

I really enjoy it. Can't get enough. It's the first OTC I've tried and it makes me wonder why I held off so long. It's wonderful. Just order it now. Lightly automatic, not sure how to describe the taste but I like it. Everyone should try it at least once. I'm going to keep it on hand for a regular all day smoke. It's my favorite OTC .

Not roll your own this is a pipe stuffer
I've smoked roll your own before in a pipe and it's not good. But this is different. Despite the low price point you should give this a try. Is it Orlik Golden Sliced? No it's not. But it's a good Virgina shag cut. It burns fast so pack it tightly. If you're budget is tight do yourself a favor and just try it. I gave it 4 stars because it's only $1.60 an ounce. But I was very surprised at how well it smokes and it's pleasant flavor. I'll smoke this over Captain Black any day. It's not bad, infact it's actually good.
Tampers & Tools - Czech Pipe Tool
Much better quality than the more expensive Chinese made Savenelli tool
Chrome finished made in Europe. Has a large brass rivet. Far superior to the tiny aluminum rivet with little bearing surface used on the Chinese made Savenelli. In summary the Czech pipe tool is cheaper and of better quality. I bought both of them, you should pass on the Savenelli pipe tool. Buy the original Czech pipe tool .

I ordered both the Savenelli and the Czech pipe tool. Although the Savenelli is of poor construction. It's loose and held together with on small diameter rivet with little bearing surface. Stamped metal with no makers marks. It's not stamped anywhere but I'm sure it's made in China. Don't buy it, the Czech pipe tool is superior in every way.

My first Rattrays purchase. I found I liked smokey fired Tobbacy after trying Bryer Works Smokehouse. So I gave Hal O' the Wynd a try. And I am pleased as punch I got the 100 gram tin. it's even better than Smokehouse which I like a lot. I still want to try Marlin Flake and ol Gowry . But I would definitely buy Hal O' the Wynd again. Goodsmoke.

My favorite Virginia. It's just perfect, beautiful slice after slice. The 50 gram tin went way too fast, so this time I got the 100 gram. Love it when I'm in the mood for for Virginia tobacco. Less tongue bite than Stokkebye twist flake or bullseye flake wich I also like. But this is the one for me. It has some light citrus notes that I enjoy. This one gets a lot of rave reviews and it thoroughly deserves them.

Pipe newbie having switched from cigars. This is my second favorite blend. I found straight Virginia too sweet for my palate. This suits me better. Slightly sweet a bit musty, which I like. It tastes like an old musty book store to me, and I like it. Have already ordered more. Everyone should try it. It's popular for a reason. And I love the name. Good smoke.

Smells musty but tastes so good
New Pipe smoker here. I ordered several tins and bulk Tabacco because I didn't know what my preference was. This was my favorite. It didn't smell great when I stuck my nose in the Tin, but when you light it up; it's amazing. I already ordered two more tins. It burns cool and I can't get enough. If English blends are your thing definitely try it. I like it even more than Haunted Bookshop which is my second favorite pipe filler.
