Rich, milky Latakia blend, very enjoyable. 1 point off due to signs of mold on some flakes, but generally fine.

Such a Shame

; poor quality because the US and her allies have destabilized and impoverished the region. I really wanted to like this, but it's just not very good. It tastes dusty and dirty, like sand and diesel fumes. It also has a weird casing in it that smells like almonds and dates (and Gladora makes several aromatic blends, one with almonds and dates, go figure). The burn was inconsistent and uneven, even though the flakes were very dry owing to the tins not being vac sealed. There were some promising flavors and aromas in the first third of the bowl, but they disappeared almost right away. I was hoping for traditional character, nuance, balance, unique flavors instead of the same old thing we get from the giant corporate conglomerate who owns or distributes almost everything else we smoke, but I found none of these.
