About This Cigar
Gran Habano cigars are produced by the father-son team of Guillermo and George Rico in Danli, Honduras, maintaining a family legacy of tobacco that dates back to 1920. The pair's first factory was constructed in 1998, and the brand was officially established in 2001, maintaining a family-oriented structure and rooting itself in values of honesty and passion: values they channel into their blends alongside a healthy deal of originality. The Rico family owns not only their factory, but their own farms, and this lets them ensure the quality of every cigar they produce, maintaining strict standards across each of their blends for a superior smoke every time.
A stronger, bolder blend than even Gran Habano's Corojo #5, the Corojo #7 is a Nicaraguan puro with a Corojo wrapper from Jalapa, a Corojo-seed binder, and a Corojo filler. It's a satisfying smoke that delivers flavors of honey, cacao, and sugar, and it's now available in a new limited-edition 7" x 46 vitola: the Corona Especial. This new size offers aficionados ample opportunity to appreciate the depth and complexity of the award-winning blend.
