A perfect smoke

This is my favorite way to smoke Oriental leaf. Everything here is perfectly married, just the right amounts of everything. Smoky, sweet, creamy, fermenty goodness throughout. Packs easy, burns cool. Nothing to add, nothing to improve upon.

Moist but smokes great right out the tin. Perique come through at the light and moves out of the way for the Latakia and orientials to make a strong appearance. I will definitely keep this in my cellar. Very nice blend.

favorite of mine, though it is a good tobacco. This is a nice light Balkan blend in which the Orientals really stand up and sing, and the Latakia and Perique take a back seat. If you like lighter English blends and/or are a lover of Oriental leaf, this will likely be right up your alley. A good warm weather blend that I would say is worth a try if it sparks your interest.
Update: I bumped up the rating from 3 stars to 4. It's really grown on me after a year in the jar and on hot summer days. Goes great with citrusy beverages like a good tart homemade lemonade, a whiskey sour, or gin fiz....Read More
