Two varieties of Burley that have been processed as a plug, a mix of Virginias, three different Cavendishes, and then more Virginia grated from dark flake: the components of John Aylesbury's 40 Year Edition are, suffice to say, quite the mix. Then on top of all that they throw in a fruit essence aroma, just for good measure.
