This is a very good aromatic Blend. The topping is not overpowering for me. The tobacco flavor comes out. Good tin note and good room note. This one will be on my permanent rotation.

A Beautifully Balanced Scottish Mixture

o me is the complexity without heaviness. There is plenty going on, but no single flavor dominates the experience. The sweetness remains restrained, the tobacco character stays front and center, and the blend develops nicely as the bowl progresses.
It is smooth, approachable, and flavorful enough to hold my attention from beginning to end. I particularly enjoy the way the different components seem to weave in and out rather than presenting one fixed flavor profile. That makes it a tobacco I can return to often without becoming bored with it.

why mac baren keep biting my tongue? designed for 9mm filters pipe and lost enthusiasts in other countries.it doesn't help whether slowly or dry it out.

Also, on the tin it describes it as a mixture of “35 tobacco leaves from different continents of the world.” The description makes no attempt to try to state any percentage of types or dominance of tobaccos. It’s a mixture alright- to me, that means a mix of floor sweepings- how could it not be? It bites and smokes hot right out of the tin, and sold in a volume tin. It’s obviously a bastard “blend”, and misrepresented at that. I’ll give it a couple more evenings, but it’s probably headed for the trash....Read More
