This Tomato is a handsome example of Rimensi's shaping style, showcasing a balanced, fluid design and a smooth finish that highlights the briar's attractive grain. One of the most defining aspects of the Tomato shape is the mid-set waist, which is prominently displayed here. The composition flows gracefully, with a sweeping profile and a dynamic shank that flares outward to a gently sloped face, continuing the piece's organic lines. An elongated stem connects via a push-style tenon, its slender proportions keeping the pipe remarkably lightweight.
