Autograph Sandblasted Bent Billiard (6mm) Tobacco Pipe

Savinelli's Autograph is the Italian marque's limited-production, handmade series, utilizing specially aged extra-extra plateau briar and being crafted by only three of the brand's most experienced carvers. From start to finish, the process of crafting a single one of these pipes is handled by a single one of these veteran craftsmen, the series providing them with design freedom and allowing them to express their personal creativity. This bent Billiard is a smartly curved example of the classic shape, presenting with a robust bowl that's balanced by a lifted, subtly flaring shank and demurely curved stem of black acrylic. This combination suits the pipe well for easy smoking, and it affords the silhouette a lovely bit of dynamism that naturally draws the eye. Up front, the bowl stands atop a rounded heel and cants forward, its walls growing up to an unven, beveled rim and insulating a capacious chamber. Dressed in a warm, brown stain, the sandblasted stummel showcases handsome grain throughout, with flickering flame around the walls of the bowl.
