Subsequent to that, the next day I tried it in another pipe with a little larger bowl and it was much better. It required only a couple of relights and it smoked down to the bottom. The initial light gave off a very Burley-like fragrance and as it smoked it began to change into a somewhat nuttier note. A lot of tobaccos can get a little bitter or foul towards the end but this blend remained quite consistent down to the last draw.
