I've been smoking Captain Black DARK for years. I love it. It's such a relaxing smoke. Never bites. Smokes cool. The tin note is nice and mellow. The room note is nostalgic. The flavor is subtly smooth. It's right up there with the GOLD.

I’m a big fan of black cavendish and I have probably tried at least a dozen of them over the past 50 years. This one is definitely up there, but I have to give first place to Lane BCA.

As flavors goes the black cavendish a full front and center. Rich and creamy. Definitely needs to dry prior to smoke. The pouch makes it easy to sample this blend and other Captain Black blends.
