perfect compliment. My only complaint is the availability, comes and goes so quickly. I wish I had the will power to cellar this blend as the recommended to for l0-15 years. Next time…...Read More

the entire smoke. There’s a smoothness and elegance to it that makes it enjoyable right now, without needing any age to shine.
That said, what makes Bijou truly exciting is its potential. Even as good as it is fresh, you can tell it’s built for the long game. The depth is already there, but you just know time is going to round it out, deepen the sweetness, and bring even more complexity to the forefront.

oticed sugar crystals starting to form.
After a few months of opening the jar to check on it periodically, it finally started to develop that sweet raisin smell/taste from the aged virginias finally maturing. Way way more flavor than before and very enjoyable.
The tins says something like 10-15 years is ideal for this blend to sit, so that’s exactly what I’m doing with the other two tins I have.
All in all, it’s worth getting a few tins. It’s definitely unique and something different....Read More

opening light with notes of hay, and brown sugar and a light, earthy note in the background. The honey casing adds a sweet touch to it. The Orientals don't show up til half way through and provide a nice spice to complement the sweet notes still there....Read More
