moisture content was perfect. It took me a while to come around to Burley. But now that I have, im trying different blends, and I honestly can't think of what to compare this to. All I can say is it's smooth, light, and delicious. The latakia was just lightly there in the background, enough to smooth it out. Ive come to realize I like red virginia and latakia together, so if you do too, I definitely recommend giving this stuff a try. Nice work on this one C&D....Read More

Like a improperly cured cigar, the stuff is strong, but not for the right reasons. I don’t understand how you could consciously make it blend. That’s not ready to be sold and sell it..

Kentucky is the extra delicious kind. Highly recommend. The cut is broken flake but super dence and not hard like most broken flake. Packs easy and you almost wanna eat it. One of my all time favorites but at times I had to slow down because of the Nic hit....Read More

ome C&D/G.L Pease blends, but it's a pain in the ass trying to get them smokeable. I wish C&D would quit drowning their products with whatever it is that they add to them. I never go through this with most of the other
tobaccos I smoke.
Update: I gave this tobacco a dismal review because of its condition upon opening the tin. After I got it stabilized I tried a few bowls and this is my opinion after trying it. The dark fired contributes most of the flavor, a dark and smoky flavor with notes of sorghum. The flavor is not bad, but there are other things that rule it out for me. It is hard to keep lit, and the more you work to keep it going the more you get of its intense nicotine hit. The nicotine comes on with the first draw and does not let up through the rest of the bowl. Even after a large meal I could not finish a bowl of it. To sum it up, it would be a good blend for the flavor if you can take the nicotine, but it's way too intense for me. If you are a big burley fan, go ahead and give it a try....Read More
