About This Pipe Tobacco
The Per Jensen Legacy Collection presents four distinctive Danish-American pipe tobacco blends, inspired by the life, legacy, and personal smoking preferences of Per's father, Per Georg Jensen, a Danish Navy veteran who left a lasting mark on the pipe community. Each blend is carefully crafted by Cornell & Diehl under the guidance of Per G. Jensen.
Brothers in Arms is a rich, full-bodied blend of Dark-Fired Kentucky, Perique, Turkish, Burley, and Red Virginias, layered with decadent notes of cocoa and smoky spice.

Cocoa and nutty flavors with little to no tongue bite. I alternate between Brothers in Arms and Harbor Dreams in evening rotation. Also, great for blending!

The perique offers spice and a sweet retrohale. The dfk merges with the Burley for a wondrous note of dark chocolate. Even the oriental comes in right at the end with a tangy aftertaste that makes one salivate for the next puff. A man could lose control and power through this if he isn't careful.
This is especially true because of the second wonderful part of this blend; how consistent and *smooth* it is. Even if one rips through it, there's never any bite! There's no bite, but there's plenty of kick. The nicotine in this blend rivals Bold Kentucky, even surpasses it in some places. Yet through it all, the flavor and smoothness make me want to sit through and enjoy it, rather than endure it.
