bought 2 100gram tins because all the favorable reviews on it. first bowl taste great ( being a hu blend but couldnt keep lit ,strong cigarette drying taste in my mouth, one quarter taste real good the rest of the bowl turned to gak ( bad) dont believe all the reviews try one tobbacco first before you buy more. buyer beware...Read More

This is an excellent tobacco. Scratches my itch for the need of Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match. Super affordable (hopefully I didnt let the cat out of the bag) and there is never a dull moment. All the components work extremely well together and for me an all day smoke. In the morning with coffee in the afternoon with a liquid lunch of Bourbon and a great after dinner smoke if you are looking for something sweet with a little extra. My goal is to have 20 tins of this in the cellar. I wonder how it will age, please do a Tasting Notes on this one soon or dont and keep it accessible....Read More

Was really excited to try this one as I like all the components in the blend. Maybe I got a dud tin. I tried in several different briars of different shapes, billiard, bent billiard, rodesian and they were all muted flavor wise. Sometimes, only a good ol’ Burley blend will scratch the itch - when that moment strikes, Nashville County hits all the right notes. Rich cocoa and molasses take center stage, giving a nostalgic nod to blends of old. The Burley is perfectly complemented by the Virginia sweetness, and just when things might get too mellow, a dash of Perique spices it up. Although I'm not typically a fan of licorice, I apparently find it extremely appealing in a tobacco blend. The topping is subtle, yet adds an nuanced flavor, especially on the retrohale.
