I keep most of my tobaccos in 2-4oz measurements, in jars for cellaring, and so that I only have a little bit open of any one blend. Keeps them from drying out and going stale.
This stuff, though, I dump the whole pound bag into a big bail top jar, because I know I'll be hitting it up 3-5 times a day.
Good stuff, lasting flavor, strong-ish nicotine content, but doesn't get boring. Not a super exciting flavor, but not distracting and doesn't change much as you smoke it, so: not exciting in the best way.
Burley, Cavendish, little bit of top flavor and some sugared case. About as perfectly easy and simple as it gets. Add a little unflavored Cavendish if you want to tone it down, cubed burley if you want to boost the nutty flavor and slow the burn. Don't worry about it too much and you'll be fine.

Great for sitting outside waiting for the fireflies to light up. Seems to smoke better at a slower pace. It’s a little spicy with a little black pepper taste coming through. Has a nice aroma and is well accepted by others. Does have a hazelnut taste, but would like a little more flavor. Goes well with a cup of black hazelnut coffee. I usually make it a rule to try two different brands or blends of a certain flavor in order to better contrast and compare before I come to an opinion. I'm just throwing this one out there even though it's the first hazelnut flavor I've tried (I believe that is what is known as an "uninformed opinion", so take it with a grain of salt). It's not bad, tastes quite like a hazelnut coffee creamer (slightly artificial but nothing offensive). Also a little creamy. It does bite, but unlike the LC Vanilla you can reduce it by taking it slowly. I do find myself craving the flavor every once in a while, which is definitely a good sign. Well, maybe not "craving" so much as "preferring" (it's no Autumn Evening). I'm going to try a few others before I come back to this, but I've definitely earmarked it. I mean, come on, look at the price. Update: After trying Nutty Irishman, I tend to prefer it over this. Same hazelnut flavor, just better balanced, more depth and no bite. Since I'm not an every day aromatic smoker, the price difference doesn't matter to me. Still not bad though....Read More
