Mac Baren's Halberg Yellow is a blend of hand selected Virginias and Burleys, portions of which have been ribbon cut, cross-cut, or pressed and cut into flake, before all finally rejoining each other to produce balanced burn qualities and a complex natural flavor profile. The results of this are then topped with a careful dose of fruit and vanilla aromatics, to create one of their finest artisanal blends.

I enjoyed this blend. It reminded me a bit of Moontrance by CAO and Connoisseur's Choice by Peterson. A nice fruity aromatic with a bit of rum. The bit of Burley cools the Virginia down and helps keep it from biting. It comes at a nice moisture level... Read More
