Sweet, easy smoking.

When I first opened this, it smelled very similar to the Peterson Sweet Killarney, I have to say that I think this smokes about the same though it's a little smoother and a little lighter on the flavor, but overall pretty good and might have to replace the Peterson sweet Killarney.

, with notes of malty sweet. Several flavorings seem to be present; I concede some may be casings. I tasted mostly sugar, and at times it seemed there was a malty vanilla/maple and cinnamon, or similar spice. Taste is mild to medium and moderately consistent, with notes of spices, burnt sugar and cinnamon, maple like, orange peel, brown sugar, malty, toast, wood, nuts, mildly sour, tanginess, slightly acidic, slightly spicy, a sweet peaty vegetation background note, and a peppery retro.
