This is a solid black Cavendish. Smooth and on the mild side without a heavy topping distracting from the mellow taste.
Zero tongue bite. Stays lit easily. It can be an all day smoke

ght two more pipes (not cobs) I enjoy this very much and wondered if I could use it as a mix. I see many on here do use it to mix. I enjoy the richness and taste. Didn’t intend to tell my life story lol. Thanks...Read More

I’m not an aromatic guy. But I do use this for certain blends to add some sweetness to. Great for that.

ing, however. There was a hint of the old flavour I love but otherwise it was quite bland. It's smokable now, but not something I'll buy again.

Original review: I bought this a couple years ago. It was a great stand-in for Brigham's Black Cavendish. The taste, texture, etc was just about the exact same.
I bought some recently, though and it's not what it was. It smells different, it's sticky, and incredibly moist. I've been trying to dry it for weeks, but having no success. When I can get it to light it doesn't stay lit. There's barely any flavor when I draw a bit of smoke.
All around unpleasant and effectively unsmokable.
I'll not be getting it again. The hunt for a good Brigham substitute continues....Read More
