Light, grassy and - yes - lemony leaves which burn smoothly and easily. The tobacco it contains is all Virginia and it is mildly flavored with Lemon and honey.

I must admit I was sceptical, believing this tobacco is over hyped and overpriced, so I was avoiding it for quite a while. Finally, I decided to give it a try, so I just could get it off my head. I was thinking: "Come on, can it be any better than all the excellent English blends that I know, such as Gaslight, Arango, Super Balkan, Byzantium, etc.?", and getting ready to leave a negative review after I try. Well, I tried it. It is, actually, better. A whole new experience. I am not going to describe, since it's been all said in other reviews. Although, the price is justified, it's a unique masterpiece creation, and will be at the top of my favorites from now on. A bit of criticism, which doesn't affect the rating: it does crumble to fine dust if you are not careful, and even then. And also, the packaging is inferior. They just threw a brick of tobacco into the tin, no papar wrap even. The tobacco of this level should be treated and packed as a jewelry piece (look how Mac Baren packs theirs!)...Read More

Tin note is like mince pies and grapes, very complex I cant put my finger on a lot of the smells. but its deep and earthy backnote, sahrp and fruity forward with a lingering smokeyness. I thoroughly enjoyed my first pipe of it maybe a little too 'floral' for my tastes, but it's not overpoweringly so, nicely balanced out with dark fruit and smokey lakita. Doesn't burn too hot either, lakita really comes out when smoking compared to the smell in the tin. Pretty dry for plug, good to go after rubbing, definitely gonna store in a jar with 69% boveda....Read More
