Good old Burley. Nutty, toasty and woodsy. Not as tasty in my opinion as C&D's bulk Cube Cut or Dark Burley. Its mild in flavor compared to those two. However it is far less of a face bunch than Cube Cut. That $#%& is strong!
Wow!! Strong stuff

nt cocoa and molasses. It isn’t as smooth as PA, and will tingle the nose on the retro. This is a quality burley which, unlike PA, doesn’t produce the occasional off gassing or ammonia drift. It’s lighter than C&D Cube Cut Burley by a smidgen, and has more flavor as well. By itself, it’s in the middle of mild to moderate in strength, flavor and nicotine. I like to mix C&D BRC 50/50 with Prince Albert; it kicks up the Prince Albert with a quality leaf yielding a flavorful, medium strength burley. Combining the two offers cocoa, bourbon and molasses… very similar to a lighter - loose leaf version of Solani Aged Burley Flake, minus the coffee flavor. 3 stars as I find this suited to an an everyday smoke more so than the cube cut, which is stouter and more for blending. In order of ascending strength:
1. C&D White Burley
2. C&D Ribbon Cut Burley
3. C&D Cube Cut Burley
4. C&D Dark Burley...Read More

This is a nice smooth burley. No bite burns clean with no dampness in the bottom of your pipe. Pair it with a good va for a smooth Carter Hall.

bite. Seems at ease in a larger bowl of typical depth to diameter ratio. Could work as a blender too but I haven’t thought of ‘with what’ or ‘why’ just yet. Smoking it in a large Stanwell 1/2 bent billiard and a saddle bit billiard with a buffed out name...two old favorites. Best in the bent. One way or another, it’s a good Burley for those that like Burley’s. In my rotation, it’s a Parallel to OJK Blue....different but quite satisfying....Read More
