Benni Jorgensen began making pipes for W.Ø. Larsen in 1980, and made many of the beautiful straight grain pieces for the company before starting his own brand. Working at the factory allowed him to become close friends with Teddy Knudsen, and much of his style was developed alongside Teddy, Ole, and Inge Larsen. His son Lasse shares the workshop and they often work together developing new finishes and colors for their sandblasted or smooth pipes.

The vast majority of Benni pipes are made with vulcanite stems, though acrylic is occasionally used, and most pipes are fitted with a custom-designed tenon for ease of use. Much like his son, he uses few accents: bamboo, oak, and other hardwoods. His highest grade is the Swan, which is fitting for the very elegant and beautiful pieces lucky enough to wear the stamp.
