Cornell & Diehl: Bridge Mixture 2oz Pipe Tobacco

I consider Cornell & Deihl my "go to" brand of pipe tobaccos. I enjoy their unique selections and blends immensely. In reading the description of their Bridge Mixture, I thought it would be worth picking up a tin, and I am glad I did. This is a great smoke. I am a Latakia enthusiast, however, I like that this blend has just enough to provide the smokiness I enjoy, but also saving some room for the other tobaccos to come through. This is the first blend I have purchased that had the addition of dark fired kentucky, so I would like to sample another to see to what extent this tobacco may be part of what makes smoking this blend so enjoyable. This mixture seems as they say sophisticated. First impression is giving of a complex blend not lacking any flavor. The dark fired stands out in the crowd to me and makes for a wonderful English with a twist.

C&D hit it on point with this blend. Pleasant aroma, rich flavor, latakia is present but not over bearing. I really like this. Bridge Mixture is a blend in my rotation. 2 thumbs up

My frist impression how does blend is excellent smooth mellow pairs well with my coffee first thing in the morning an excellent choice for an easy to smoke Morning Blend with no bite the blend of tobacco's married together perfectly

This tobacco is well amazing. The English style comes out with mellow flavor.you can pick out easily the latakia, Turkish, perique. With fun nuances playing amongst those flavors from the Kentucky and Virginia's. Definite keeper in the rotation.
