Orientals come together that really hit the spot. Its that chocolatey fruitiness, hay a slightly cloying sweetness that feels completely natural than heavily flavored. The main thing is the creaminess that is in the forefront, that reminds me of some of those long lost blends.
The cut is a brokenish' flake, best prepared if rubbing it out, and letting it dry for a few minutes.
That being said I didn't find it overly moist - It lit easy and stayed lit pretty well. It burns clean all the way down to the end of the bowl. Very good stuff! I will order more....Read More

flavor, this truly beats all. It has the perfect mix of excellent ingredients. Some flakes have sugar crystals. I get all the notes. Every good note is going to be in there at some point. Standouts to me are cardamom, parmesan cheese, and red wine must. Mostly, though, tobacco. Beautiful, sweet tobacco.
I have not wanted to smoke any other blend since I first tried Oriental Silk a few days ago. It is truly delicious. It just takes some time and patience. Which is difficult because it tastes so good I am tempted to smoke it like a steam train....Read More

arns on our farm. What I don’t smell and expected was a little of that tang I associate with my favorite virginias , so I’m guessing this is from the lower part of the stalk, but, I could be wrong.
Sampled in a conditioned MM Missouri Pride.
This one is good.
It’s bready and spicy , but not too wild.
Virgina + Perique = Good
Virginia + Perique + Orientals = Gooder
It’s bone simple , straightforward and honest. As good as it is , I’d really like to have it as a flake. The orientals shift the softness away if you push it - so don’t - this simple smooth blend deserves to be savored , not rushed.
The smoke is cottony and thin.
To me this would be / is a great “assent minded “ blend - pack, and go do some shit in the yard. Fill a bowl, and start fishing.
I bet it’s killer with a tall glass of sweet tea.
Even simple as it is, for me, I’m deeming this one “cellar worthy”.
My rating : 5- this is great - I’m getting a pound minimum next pay day.
