This blend is special because it is so light in latakia, while still retaining a classic english odour and taste. Very nice flavor akin to raisins lightly dusted with brown sugar and cinnamon spice. Very pleasurable indeed and highly recommended.

gth is medium and nic is mild. No flavoring detected. Taste is medium and consistent, with notes smoky, citrus, wood, a little nutty, slight stewed fruit and a spicy retro. Virginia is leading with Burley supporting. Maryland and Latakia are providing back up. Room note is tolerable, and aftertaste is great. Read Less

This is a nice light English with a little bit of a nutty sweetness from the burley. For me, it's a nice change of pace from my usual rotation of straight English and Balkan blends.

start on the light side. This tobacco does the job. It's sufficiently English but mellow enough to be what I call a "transition blend." If you're an aromatic smoker looking to explore English blends, start here. It's an extremely enjoyable smoke that doesn't bite. Stays lit. I smoke it out of a churchwarden each night before bed.
