I randomly purchased this tobacco and I have to say, upon the first bowl, I was not impressed. It was a bit bitter, but as I smoked it more, I thought it was alright.

After a few bowls, I've decided to order more. It's not overly impressive, but it has a lot of earthy notes that would be nice to taste sitting by the fire or in nature. I would consider this an elevated/complex codger in a sense.

The room note is not overwhelming. The flavor is there and I can distinguish every different tobacco in there. Overall, it's a decent blend that I will smoke more of in the future....Read More

This was a pleasant surprise. I’ve had a couple of other Cornell and Diehl blends and have not been wowed by any of them. This one, however, is great! The tin smell is of fig and hay (best way to describe it.) The room smell is just an average no-nonsense tobacco smell. The taste is medium bodied with a very nice and even tobacco flavor. Not much to it.

As I smoke it more and more, I just can't get it, it seems kinda bland, a tiny bit of spiciness, a little flavor, but no much beyond that. I won't be buying more in the future, as I have more than half a tin left that I can't smoke.

Needs just a bit of rubbing out. Came just a tad moist, but I was impatient and it burned well nonetheless. My palate is not refined enough to pick out all the different consituents in this blend, I just know it works for me. Very oriental flavor profile.
