Another decent blend (as far as aro's go). Very nice taste of vanilla, especially on the retrohale. Sweet. I enjoy it as a desert blend. Will be keeping some of this handy for when I want something sweet.

cal flavor, although I have no idea if this is a natural flavor base. I will most likely cut this with some Nutty Irishman to lower the sweetness. It's not bad. Tastes like wedding cake, butter frosting. Surprisingly it did not goo up the pipe, burned clean and stayed lit after a few relights. Sutliff continues to be my go-to with this flavor. Very strong delightful flavor and smell. I keep a separate jar to mix with sunset rum by sutliff. They pair wonderfully but this is definitely tops and always on the reorder

erspective here's a list of some others I've had: Captain Black Royal, Lane 1Q, Mac Baren Vanilla Cream, C'est La Vie, and Sutliff's own 1M. All good vanilla blends, sure, but Vanilla Custard ramps things up a notch. Tin note: vanilla (from across the room), color of ribbon: vanilla (a nice golden brown), taste: vanilla and then some! Vanilla Custard is aptly named. You're not just getting a generic vanilla taste, you get the whole taste of a rich creamy dessert akin to, well, Custard. Think vanilla gelato, or pudding...maybe even a slight eggnog flavor (nutmeg?). Creamy and rich all around. As for it's smoking properties I have to say it fairs far better than many aromatics. It has strong flavor but it is not artificial tasting vanilla. It has a consistent flavor than weakens but never quite goes away throughout the bowl. It is somewhat moist but doesn't turn to steam the minute you put a match to it like so many others. It will leave your bowl with a bit of moisture and I can't warn you enough how this will ghost even a cob. And, as you would expect, with a flavoring like this you wont get much natural tobacco flavors. This is a Cavendish for when you want pure vanilla flavor and a room note to match! Enjoy. Read Less

My daughter convinced me I had to try this. She loved the smell. I was afraid I wouldn’t enjoy it but I’m glad I was wrong. Smoked cool and no bite. I didn’t have to relight at all. Room note was pleasant. It was enjoyable and I recommend it.

Ordered a Oz to try it. It's amazing. No bite. It does like to go out on me a bit I should let it dry a bit before smoking. Good room note. I was told it smells like marshmallows over a fire. Definitely reccomend it.

I smoke aromatics mostly (I prefer cigars for real tobacco taste). So I was looking for a strong room note with a good taste. This was it! Smells great taste sweet but I can still taste the tobacco. And it burned PERFECTLY right out of the bag!

A great blend, lots of flavor and aroma. It burned easily, a tad moist but no troubles. About mid-pipe i get to the sweet spot and just can't get enough. This is one of the few blends that makes me smile.

The ultimate blend is Sutliff Vanilla Creme, Stokkebye Black Cherry Cavendish and McClelland Three Cherry Blend. I have experimented with many different brand/tobacco combinations and this blend is the best if you like strong cased aromatics like me.
