But it's in the same neighborhood, flavor-wise. 100% worth a try if you were an Original Choice enjoyer, but keep those expectations in check out you'll be disappointed.
My palette isn't the best, but I'd say this one is less fruity, more boozey, and the tobaccos are less mellow/more spicy. Overall a little less complex and less refined--less subtle. But vaguely reminiscent and good in it's own right....Read More

Easy smooth smoke

Love this one with a Mai Tai. Great easy enjoyable smoke. Not a blend that will blow you away but paired with the right drink (mai tai for me) this is a great enhancer. Think comfort and island time; pipe and a cocktail type smoke for me and enough to keep in my nighttime bowls routine.

I am a fan of Captain Black Royal because I can buy at the corner store. This was decent but essentially the same flavor. Makes my tongue numb more than I like. Won’t get it again, the Captain is just fine for better price and fresher.
