Cornell & Diehl - Red Virginia Ribbon
An underrated pipe tobacco.
Although it is a Single Red Virginia blend, as the smoke passes through my nasal cavity, I can detect aromas of toasted wheat, honeyed sweetness, and a subtle hint of floral notes. In terms of sweetness, complexity, and toasty character, it is a very decent Virginia. However, perhaps due to insufficient aging time or an excessively high sugar content, the smoke carries a slight harshness and a touch of roughness when burned. That said, I firmly believe that extended aging will bring about remarkable improvements, which is why I purchased 32 oz for cellaring. When I blend it with other tobaccos, this pipe tobacco also contributes greatly to enhancing the diversity of flavors. P.S. This tobacco is best enjoyed in a pipe with a thick-walled bowl and smoked slowly. This approach better brings out its layered complexity while also preventing the pipe from becoming uncomfortably hot to hold due to excessive combustion temperature.

An extremely cost-effective pipe tobacco.
This is an extremely cost-effective pipe tobacco. Before lighting, you can detect the aroma of Virginia tobacco, along with notes of bread, citrus, and a subtle sweetness. Due to its relatively low moisture content, it is well-suited for hand-rolling or blending with other tobaccos. I personally use this tobacco in two ways. Generally, I roll it into hand-rolled cigarettes for smoking. Alternatively, when smoking blends with a high proportion of Burley — such as Briar Fox or Haunted Bookshop — I use it as a base layer or as a blending component. This can help reduce the intensity and harshness of the smoke to a certain degree, allowing you to better appreciate the flavors of those blends. Additionally, for long-term storage, I recommend first rehydrating the tobacco, then placing it in a Mason jar, sealing it, and vacuum-sealing it for preservation.

我第一次抽这款邓普西神父是在斗友的茶室，第一次接触Latakia占主体的English调配，不同的是斗友的草已陈化了十余年。还是忘不了初点燃时那一股从鼻腔迸发开来的皮革骚香，非常像麝香腺体的味道，一直让我久久不能忘怀，紧接着一口接一口非常清晰的烟熏混合着O草的花香。如果你玩过《天国拯救》系列游戏的话，那么中后段的邓普西神父就让我联想到了第一次去马厩的画面，刚刚收割的青草、晒干的干草的味道混合动物身上的骚味。很有记忆点，建议喜欢L草的斗友们都多多尝试一下这款草，而且陈年后的味道会更加的圆润，饱满。2026年的邓普西神父倒是没尝出那股马厩味，我已经复购了16oz了，这将成为我常驻的L草。碰上活动打折的话还会继续复购

1Q是我在SP网站上购买的第一款斗草，起因是我入坑时抽的丹尼斯黑香草停产了，于是我在各种调味型烟草中寻找类似丹尼斯黑香草的香气。它的香气无需多言，烟气甚至顺滑到我把它打碎以后和D&R的三帆混合做成手卷烟，在点燃时，身边的人都说很香。是一款哪怕你在公众场所点燃，也不会有人反感的好斗草。回头看，我现在已经很少抽调味草，甚至开始自己做斗草，但是1Q还是名副其实的“初恋”。

Aganorsa Leaf - Guardian Of The Farm Cerberus Robusto
香气非常霸道且浓郁的一支雪茄，当然尼古丁含量也非常顶。
到手后发现有一支茄的茄衣有些破裂，放入雪茄柜调整湿度三个月后。在一个湿度不高的傍晚，我将其取出并点燃。对地狱犬的强度早有耳闻，也提前喝了一杯可乐以提升血糖去对抗尼古丁，然而我还是低估它的强度了。香气确实很浓，我尝到的有烤面包香、烤坚果味、甜香，烤焦糖味儿；层次感和烟雾量也可观。但可惜，仅仅抽吸到前段结束，我的胃就已开始呃逆，进入中段更是开始头晕并反胃。我不得不停抽吸。看来想要驯服这支地狱犬，于茄于我，还需要很长时间的历练。
